Starter is for an occasional seller who has a box of figures to sort, lists items from time to time, or wants a predictable monthly allowance without paying for unlimited access. It includes 100 scans and 5 value reports per month. The plan gives you enough room to identify a small batch, compare condition notes and prepare the few listings that are most likely to benefit from market context.

Pro: for a collection that is growing

Pro is for collectors whose backlog is growing, who buy mixed lots regularly or who want one place to monitor a collection over time. It removes scan and report limits, adds collection tracking and supports price-change alerts. Choose Pro when identification is part of your normal collecting routine, when you want to revisit earlier entries, or when the value of saved time matters more than the lowest monthly price.

What happens after I scan?

The workflow has two separate stages so you can decide when a paid report is useful. First, upload a clear front image. The scanner prepares the photo and returns a catalog candidate. You can review the number, name, series, year and uncertainty notes before spending anything.

1. Identify. Use the result to compare torso printing, headgear, face details and accessories with the catalog. If the image cannot separate two close variants, treat the number as unconfirmed and add a back or accessory photo.
2. Estimate. Unlock a single value report for $1.99 when you need new and used market ranges, sold-price context, rarity information and condition notes. The report is a research aid, not a guaranteed sale price.

This separation also makes billing easier to understand. A scan is the photo identification step. A report is a separate market-data purchase. If identification cannot be completed, it should not be treated like a successful scan or report.

Does a failed upload use a scan?

An unsupported file is rejected before identification starts. If the scan cannot be completed, the allowance is released. If a result is returned, the completed scan counts according to the plan that was active at that time.

Can I buy one report without a subscription?

Yes. The Single value report option is a one-time purchase for $1.99. It is useful when you only need market context for a figure you have already identified and do not expect to scan a larger batch.

Can I cancel Starter or Pro?

Subscription changes and cancellations are handled through the hosted payment flow and the account order view. Review the current billing period before cancelling; access already granted for a paid period follows the entitlement rules shown in your order details.

What is the refund process?

Refund requests follow the site refund policy and are reviewed against the order status and delivery state. Contact support with the order reference and a short description of the problem. Do not include full payment card information in your message.
