Using the service

You may use Lego Minifigure Value for lawful personal, educational, collecting, editorial and research work. You are responsible for the photos you choose to inspect and for checking that any result is appropriate for the decision you plan to make.

Free scans and identification results

The Free plan includes up to 5 identification scans per month. Identification results are catalog candidates and may be incomplete or incorrect, especially when a photo does not show small prints, accessories, headgear or the back of the figure. A result is not a guarantee of identity, authenticity, rarity or sale price.

Value reports and market references

Value reports use market references such as BrickLink data, but market data can change and an asking listing is not the same as a completed sale. Condition, completeness, demand, region and seller context can affect a transaction. Do your own review before buying, selling, grading or making a financial decision.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to violate law, rights, privacy or the security of another person or system. You must not overload the service, automate abusive traffic, attempt to bypass protections or misrepresent an identification result or market report as a professional appraisal.

Misuse, suspension and termination

If we reasonably believe that you have violated these terms, abused the service, attempted to bypass usage limits, interfered with security controls, submitted unlawful content or used paid features fraudulently, we may take action to protect the service and other users. Depending on the issue, this may include limiting access to specific features, pausing or terminating an account, blocking abusive traffic, canceling pending orders, refusing future service, preserving relevant records for fraud prevention or contacting a payment provider or legal authority when required.

For subscription users, termination for serious misuse may stop future access to paid features. Any refund eligibility remains subject to the refund policy, the payment provider's rules and applicable law. If you believe an action was taken in error, contact support@legominifigurevalue.app with the email address used for checkout and a short explanation.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an evolving basis. Features, limits, prices and third-party data references may change or be temporarily unavailable. Subscription access continues according to the applicable plan period and cancellation status shown at checkout or in the account area.
