Photos and identification

The current scanner is a browser-based prototype. When you choose a photo, the browser creates a temporary local preview and the demo identification function returns a simulated result. The image is not sent to our server, stored in a database or used to create a personal collection profile in this release.

Local usage counts

To display the free allowance, the browser may store a month-specific scan count in local storage. The current limit is 5 scans per month. You can clear this local storage in your browser, but doing so may affect how the prototype displays the remaining count. A production quota service may use an account or anonymous usage record after the real API is connected.

Technical request data

Our hosting provider may process ordinary technical request data needed to deliver the site, such as an IP address, browser information, request time, requested URL and security or error records. We do not use the demo scanner to read the content of your local photo file on the server.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This release does not intentionally add advertising scripts, Google AdSense code, behavioral analytics or third-party tracking pixels. If analytics, advertising, consent tools or personalized services are added later, this policy will be updated before those features are enabled.

Support messages

If you email support@legominifigurevalue.app, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, browser details or a description of a problem. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers or private collection records unless support specifically asks for a safe, minimal example.

Future payments

Stripe checkout is only a placeholder in the current release and no payment is initiated by the pricing buttons. If real payment processing, accounts, collection storage or price alerts are introduced, the data collected for those features and the applicable payment provider will be documented here before launch.

Your choices

You can stop using the scanner, clear local browser storage, avoid selecting sensitive photos and contact us with privacy questions. Requests can be sent to the support address above. We may need enough information to understand and respond to a request, but we will not ask for your password.
